TRAM: The Dubai Tram goes in a loop in Dubai Marina and connects it with the Dubai Metro system and the Palm Monorail.

METRO: There are two main lines of the network: the Red and Green line, the Dubai Marina metro station is on the Red line.

WATER TAXI: A waterbus operated by RTA on a fixed schedule and offers 15 minutes worth of luxury travel from Dubai Creek to the Dubai Marina.

TAXI: 24/7 taxi services available

* This property is a licensed holiday home. It is not part of a hotel, resort or a serviced apartment.

* The property requires passport copies for each guest at least 72 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office.

* The property check in time is between 3.00pm - 8.00pm. Please advise us of your arrival time 48 hours in advance. The property checkout time is 12.00 noon.

* Please note that 5% VAT, Tourism Diraham (AED 10/night for 1BR, 20/night for 2BR, AED 30/night for 3BR and so on, Cleaning charge of AED 200 for 1BR, AED 300 for 2BR, AED 400 for 3BR and AED 500 and Management fee of AED 5% will be charged additionally on arrival if not charged by Airbnb while making the booking.

* Early check in and late check out can be accommodated by request. If the option is available, opting for early check in or late check out will cost 100% of the nightly rate.
