*This property is a licensed holiday home. It is not part of a hotel, resort or a serviced apartment.
*Early check in and late check out can be accommodated by request. If the option is available, opting for early check in or late check out will cost 100% of the nightly rate.
* Guests are also required to show a photo identification upon check-in.
*The property check in time is between 3.00pm – 10.00pm. Please advise us of your arrival time 48 hours in advance. The property checkout time is strictly 12.00 noon. Please ensure the property is vacated before this time to avoid late checkout penalties and is left in a good condition to avoid extra cleaning charges.
* Please note that 5% VAT, Tourism Dirham (AED 10/night for 1BR, 20/night for 2BR, AED 30/night for 3BR and so on, Cleaning charge of AED 200 for 1BR, AED 300 for 2BR, AED 400 for 3BR and AED 500 and Management fee of AED 5% will be charged additionally on arrival if not charged by Airbnb while making the booking.
* No Parties
* NO smoking inside the apartment. If found otherwise, please note that a cleaning charge of AED 500 will be applicable.
