Please advise us of your arrival time 48 hours in advance. The property checkout time is 12.00 noon. * Please note that 5% VAT, Tourism Diraham (AED 10/night for 1BR, 20/night for 2BR, AED 30/night for 3BR and so on, Cleaning charge of AED 200 for 1BR, AED 300 for 2BR, AED 400 for 3BR and AED 500 and Management fee of AED 5% will be charged additionally on arrival if not charged by Airbnb while making the booking. * Early check in and late check out can be accommodated by request.
