Definitions used in these terms & conditions:
All bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation in writing from Raine & Horne Holiday Homes.
All guests must supply Raine & Horne Holiday Homes with copies of their passport 72 hours prior to their arrival.
As per UAE laws, only guests whose names are on the booking, and have presented their passport copy, are allowed to stay in the accommodation.
All guests who breach these terms and conditions are required to leave the accommodation immediately, without any refund or compensation.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking, the booking will only be confirmed once receipt of full payment is confirmed. No partial payments are accepted. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a booking confirmation to your registered email address.
Changing Reservation Dates and Cancellations
Any changes to a reservation are allowed upon receiving written approval from Raine & Horne Holiday Homes, these changes must be made no less than 31 days before the date of check-in.
Raine & Horne Holiday Homes has a strict no cancellation policy.
If for any reason Raine & Horne Holiday Homes is required to cancel the guests booking, all monies paid to the company will be refunded in full.
The earliest check-in time is 15:00, and the latest check-out time is 12:00.
There will be no changes to these times unless you have prior written approval from Raine & Horne Holiday Homes. These times are fixed in order to clean and maintain the accommodation, and not to act as any hindrance to guests.
Raine & Horne Holiday Homes understands that some flights arrive earlier/later than these times, in these situations guests will be given access to the accommodation as soon as possible for as long as possible. If guests wish to guarantee early or late check-in/out, it is recommended to pay for extra nights.
The accommodation will be cleaned before the arrival of the guest, it will be in good condition and working order. If the guest becomes aware of any fault/damage during, they are required to inform Raine & Horne Holiday Homes immediately. Any fault will be resolved as soon as possible.
The guest will take appropriate and proper care of the accommodation and all of its contents, including but not limited to furniture, fittings, fixtures, and any other goods. Guests are expected to leave the accommodation in good condition, the same as when it was received at check-in.
A security deposit of AED 1000 will be collected at the time of check-in, this deposit will be returned at check-out, minus any charges for missing/damaged items.
Guests are to immediately notify Raine & Horne Holiday Homes when breakage or damage occurs in the accommodation, this allows time to resolve the issue before the next guest moves into the accommodation. The guest is liable for all costs associated with the repair, replacement, or cleaning of breakage/damage of the accommodation or any of its contents.
Guests are required to follow the laws and regulations of the UAE, in particular, guests must not cause any disturbance to any other person living in or near the accommodation.
Guests must treat all Raine & Horne Holiday Homes staff in a respectful manner.
Right of Entry
Raine & Horne Holiday Homes respects the privacy of all guests, however there are times in which access to the accommodation is required. Raine & Horne Holiday Homes reserves the right to access our accommodation at any time for potential emergencies and for repairs.
Smoking & Pets
Smoking, organising parties and pets are not permitted within Raine & Horne Holiday Homes accommodation.
Raine & Horne Holiday Homes strongly advises all guests to get travel insurance that covers loss of personal belongings, cancellations, and medical treatment.
Waiver of Liability
Raine & Horne Holiday Homes employees, accommodation owners and their representatives, agents and assignees are not liable for:
This applies to any incident caused within the accommodation, accommodation amenities, and its surroundings. This also applies to any force majeure situations, including but not limited to strikes, war, power cuts, sever weather, airport closures and flight delays.
